Automatic Sandwich Skillet Picker and Erector - ED-1
Reduce labour with our automated skillet erector system. This system automatically picks flat cardboard skillets from twin magazines, fully erects them and places them into an indexing outfeed conveyor ready for operators to fill with product and process further.
An optional 'Flange-breaker' module can also be fitted to pre-bend the flanges ready for heat sealing.
Up to 1400 packs per hour can be automatically denested and erected.

Our excellent Automatic sandwich wedge denester and erector is now available with integrated heat-sealing station for a full start-to-finish sandwich packing solution.
Featuring a large central loading zone and automated sealing head module with accurate digital temperature control, the EDS-2 is the complete sandwich packing system.
Up to 1400 packs per hour can be denested, erected and sealed.

Low Cost Tray Denester - TD-1
Automate your tray loading operation with our low-cost simple tray denester. Configurable for a range of different tray types, sizes and materials. Our denester deposits a single tray at a time onto your existing conveyor or infeed to your tray sealing machine.
